We understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. Please note that all sales on discounted or sale items are final. While all sales of regular-priced swimwear are final for hygienic reasons, we gladly accept size exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided this meets our policy guidelines.

We take great care in inspecting and packaging your order. However, if you receive a damaged item due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing photos of the damage. We will be happy to replace the item or issue a store credit.

We offer two shipping options:
J&T Express: A flat rate of ₱150 covers both Metro Manila and provincial addresses. Orders are shipped out the next business day, with delivery typically taking 3-7 business days. The final delivery timeframe is determined by J&T.
Lalamove/Grab Pickup: You can also arrange for Lalamove/Grab pickup. Please contact us for scheduling and details.
