What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept PayPal, debit/credit cards (via PayPal check-out), bank deposits/online transfers (BPI and BDO), and GCash.

 

Where can I try on your pieces?

  • We currently operate exclusively online only.  Please refer to our size chart for sizing information.

Sizing can vary. If you're between sizes and need help choosing, please email us your measurements. We'll get back to you as soon as possible with personalized sizing advice.

 

How do you ship orders?

  • J&T Express: A flat rate of ₱150 covers both Metro Manila and provincial addresses. Orders are shipped out the next business day, with delivery typically taking 3-7 business days. The final delivery timeframe is determined by J&T.

  • Lalamove/Grab Pickup: You can also arrange for Lalamove/Grab pickup. Please contact us for scheduling and details.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

  • We understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. Please note that all sales on discounted or sale items are final. While all sales of regular-priced swimwear are final for hygienic reasons, we gladly accept size exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a size exchange, please ensure the following:
  • The hygienic sticker is still attached.
  • The hangtags are still attached to the garment.
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • We take great care in inspecting and packaging your order. However, if you receive a damaged item due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing photos of the damage. We will be happy to replace the item or issue a store credit.
  • For all returns and exchanges (excluding damaged items), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the replacement item.
  • We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if it does not meet our policy guidelines. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
